Reporting and contact

1. Introduction

Noirnights.nl is an advertising platform and therefore a hosting service within the meaning of the European Digital Services Act (DSA). This page lists our points of contact and explains how you can report content that is illegal or breaches our house rules. We take every report seriously; where there are signs of coercion, exploitation or minors, we act immediately.

2. Reporting content

There are two ways to report something:

• The report button on a profile. Every profile has a "Report" button; it also works without an account. Choose a reason and briefly explain what is going on.
• By email to info@noirnights.nl, with the link to the profile and a description.

Do you suspect immediate danger, coercion or the involvement of a minor? Then choose the relevant reason for reporting (we handle these with priority) and, in direct danger, always call 112. You can also report anonymously to Meld Misdaad Anoniem (0800-7000).

3. How we handle a report

1. You receive a confirmation of your report (if you left an email address).
2. We assess the reported content against the law and our house rules.
3. We take a decision: leave it, adjust it, take it offline or terminate the account. Urgent reports (coercion, minors) are handled with priority and as quickly as possible.
4. When we remove or restrict an advertiser's content, that advertiser receives a statement of reasons with the reason and the opportunity to respond or correct it.

4. Objections and unjustified reports

If you are an advertiser and your content has been removed and you disagree, you can respond to the statement of reasons you received or contact us via info@noirnights.nl. We will then review your case again. Anyone who repeatedly makes manifestly unfounded or abusive reports may be excluded.

5. Police, judiciary and authorities

We cooperate with lawful orders from the police and judiciary and, on our own initiative, inform the authorities when we have information suggesting that someone's life or safety is in danger. Authorities can reach our point of contact via info@noirnights.nl.
