Refund policy

When you get a refund of credits or a promotion and how to submit a request.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This is an English translation for your convenience. The Dutch version is legally binding; in case of any difference, the Dutch text prevails.

Until 1 January 2027 all services on Noirnights.nl are free: an account, profiles and all promotions. You do not pay for anything, so there is nothing to refund either.

Before the end of the offer we will publish the full refund policy for Noir Credits and promotions here. Do you already have a question? Email info@noirnights.nl.
