House rules

1. The basics

These house rules form part of the terms and conditions and apply to every profile, every photo, every video and every review on Noirnights.nl. We review everything by hand before publication; anything that does not meet these rules we do not post or we take offline. For serious breaches we terminate the account.

2. Who may advertise

• You are 21 or older. Everyone who can be seen on your profile is also 21 or older.
• You advertise for yourself or, with a business account, for people who work for or through you with their explicit consent.
• You have the right to live and work in the Netherlands; see the verification policy.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and not transferable.

3. Photos and videos

• Only use your own, recent images of the person the profile is about. No images of others, no material taken from the internet.
• The verification photo is unedited and from the same session; see the verification policy.
• No contact details in the image: no phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs, social media names or addresses in the photo or video itself.
• Not allowed in images: minors (not even in the background), blood, faeces, urine, needles, weapons, animals in a sexual context and anything that breaches the law or public decency.

4. Texts and language

• Write in Dutch or English, in normal sentences; no blocks of capital letters, emoji spam or excessive punctuation.
• No contact details in the profile text. Visitors get in touch via the buttons on your profile; that way your reach stays measurable and your details protected.
• No references to other platforms or competitors.
• Be honest about who you are and what you offer. Misleading or fake listings are not allowed.

5. Services and rates

• Only offer legal services. References to unprotected or illegal acts are not allowed.
• State your rates clearly. You make price agreements directly with the visitor; the platform is not involved.
• If you are a sex business for which the municipality requires a licence with a disclosure obligation, you state your licence number in the profile.

6. Reviews

• Only write a review about an experience you have had yourself. One review per profile.
• No personal data of the advertiser or others, no real names, addresses or phone numbers.
• No accusations about health (such as STIs) or drug use and no threats, discrimination or incitement to hatred.
• Posting reviews to discredit someone or to praise yourself is not allowed; we take action against false and bought reviews.

7. Strictly prohibited

The following lead to immediate removal, termination of the account and, where appropriate, a report to the police:

• Any involvement of minors.
• Coercion, exploitation or human trafficking, or signs of it.
• Advertising without the consent of the person shown, or on behalf of someone else without the right to do so.
• Illegal prostitution or advertising for an unlicensed sex business where a licence is required.
• Automated use (bots, scrapers, auto-refreshers) and misuse of data obtained through the platform.

8. How we enforce

We review in advance, check reports and take action against breaches. If we take something offline or reject it, we explain why, so you can correct it and submit it again.
